Once separated from the body and entered into the fourth level, travellers often report:

  • Encountering temples of light or symbolic landscapes

  • Seeing their emotions reflected in the environment

  • Meeting spiritual guides, ancestors, or archetypes

  • Receiving healing, insight, or teachings

  • Navigating vibrational zones or portals between realms

Astral travel techniques help access the fourth-level reality by allowing the consciousness to intentionally separate from the physical body and navigate the energetic and symbolic realms that exist beyond physical space and time constraints. The fourth-level reality—emotionally responsive, symbolically structured, and vibrationally governed—becomes directly perceptible when consciousness is freed from material fixation and attuned to its subtle bodies.

The astral body is already active during dreams, deep meditation, and visionary states. Imagine an invisible rope hanging from the ceiling. Without moving your physical body:

  • Visualise your energetic arms reaching up and pulling you up

  • Focus entirely on the tactile sensation of climbing

  • Soon, a shift in perception will occur—your astral body will separate, entering the fourth level

This method works especially well for fourth-level access, since it uses symbolic imagination to align vibrational resonance.

  • Visualise a safe and meaningful location (e.g., a temple, grove, chamber)

  • Focus on sensory details until you feel immersed in the environment

  • Allow your consciousness to inhabit the scene fully

  • With practice, the scene becomes real—this is direct entry into the fourth level

The third eye is the lens through which fourth-level reality is perceived.

  • Meditate with your awareness centred between the eyebrows

  • Visualise an indigo flame or a spiral tunnel

  • Intend to project through the tunnel into a symbolic or energetic space

  • Upon feeling the “shift” (expansion, movement, lightness), begin to explore

Use a sacred symbol or light code as a portal:

  • Draw or visualise the symbol with reverence

  • Intend to enter through it like a doorway

  • Let it “unfold” into a realm or vibrational zone

  • These portals often lead to temples, healing chambers, or guides

A lucid dream can be converted into a fully conscious astral state:

  • Upon becoming lucid, affirm: “I now rise into the astral realm.”

  • Spin or fly upward to shift into fourth-level perception

  • Observe how your surroundings transform into more archetypal and symbolic environments

Use rhythmic breathing and auditory stimulation (binaural beats, drumming):

  • 4-4-8 or circular breathwork to deepen trance

  • Overlay with theta or delta brainwave music

  • Use sound as a “carrier” wave to leave the body and enter the fourth level
