Dream Cricket

On 16 September 2026, the Rotary Clubs of Richmond, Kurrajong-North Richmond and Windsor came together to give more than 50 children with additional needs a fantastic day of cricket at Richmond Oval. Six Hawkesbury schools participated in the annual Dream Cricket event, with students taking on a fun and challenging circuit of modified cricket activities designed to give everyone the opportunity to get involved and have a go.
 

The day was made possible with the support of Rotarians, local police, and senior students from Richmond High School and Kuyper Christian College, who helped participants throughout the activities. Windsor Rotary kept everyone fed with a sausage sizzle, while each participant received a bottle of water and, most importantly, a well-earned medal to celebrate their efforts. It was wonderful to see every participant embracing the activities, giving their all and enjoying a day of friendship, achievement and fun.
