Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) gives young people aged approximately 14 to 16 a chance to grow beyond the classroom. During a residential weekend, participants build confidence, motivation, teamwork and practical life skills. They explore how to set goals, meet peers from across the district and have fun in an informal setting where questions and discussion are encouraged.

Two RYPEN camps are offered each year: a summer camp normally held at the Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation in Narrabeen, and a winter camp at the Katoomba Christian Convention Centre in the Blue Mountains.
