Annual Junior Citizenship Awards

The Annual Junior Citizenship Awards recognise young people who demonstrate outstanding citizenship, leadership and positive contribution within their school communities. Each year, Richmond Rotary invites 23 schools across the Hawkesbury to nominate two deserving students, with 46 students recognised annually. Each recipient is presented with a certificate and commemorative plaque in recognition of their achievement.

The awards provide an opportunity to celebrate young people who demonstrate the values of responsibility, kindness, respect and service to others. By recognising these students, Richmond Rotary encourages the next generation to become active and caring members of their communities while celebrating the positive contribution young people are already making throughout the Hawkesbury.
