Internal Medicine in TCM is the foundational discipline addressing the full range of internal organ and systemic diseases through harmonising Zang-Fu organ function, regulating Qi, Blood, Fluids, and Essence, expelling pathogenic factors and supporting constitutional strength (Zheng Qi). It combines herbs, acupuncture, diet, and lifestyle guidance to treat both acute and chronic conditions, always rooted in the unique pattern of disharmony in each patient.
